Josh serves as the day-to-day liaison for both vendors and clients, supporting communication, tracking updates, and helping ensure information flows clearly between all parties. He assists with coordination, relays changes as they are confirmed by leadership, and works to maintain strong working relationships while projects are in motion.
Josh’s business experience spans multiple industries, and when he’s not working, he’s devoted to his family, and planning as many vacations as possible.

Dawn’s background has centered on travel with a touch of tech (her license plate is GEEKDVA). She has visited over 100 countries, worked in over 20 and has been on over 75 cruises. She was an international tour manager and troubleshooter for Globus Tours in her 20s.
She owned a computer networking firm in her thirties and opened two franchises before jumping back into travel with Marriott. She was a top salesperson there before deciding to leave the corporate world. In 2019, she and her husband Vito opened a full service travel agency, Expedia Cruises of West Orlando. Expedia Cruises of West Orlando serves as the appointed travel agent for the group, handling reservations and travel planning.
